Terry was the last member to join the band and if he hadn't joined, then the rest of us would have surely found someone else anyway.  Best known for his Elmer Fudd impersonation and catch cry "You Guys". Terry also has the amazing ability to remember every chord of every song that the band plays, only in a completely different order than required.
